"Hailing from south-east Melbourne, Moondogz are an eclectic genre-bending quartet.

Moondogz and their music has been confusing punters and fans alike since their inception, around 2013. 

Since then there has been a steady flow of amazing art erupting from them, sometimes weekly, and it's clear they have so much in the bank.

Blending and bending ultra-hard and soft rock with elements of folk, blues, punk, grunge, world music, brutal metal and more, they're the ultimate release for any true music fan to witness, especially live.

Despite the above somewhat misleading description, all Moondogz tracks deadset suck you right in, with their mesmerising catchiness and perfect intros, build-ups, break-downs, verses and choruses. 

The musical output of this band has always been very hard to switch off, or walk away from. 

It's like a book you can't put down. You have to know what's coming - you don't know what it is, but you know it's gonna blow your mind apart and get you that Moondogz fix.

All aspects of their music have clearly been well thought-out, and masterfully crafted by some of the most talented and creative musical minds out there.

They have a massive back-catalogue of which some has been released.

Moondogz play mostly Melbourne and Frankston, and the band retains all original members. 

Each individual and their personal idiosyncrasies and wonderful virtuosities all contribute to the overall genius of the band as a whole.

They each play a major role and this applies to their live shows, writing process and brilliant recordings.

We continue to love seeing them evolve and grow, and witness first-hand their journey, and seeing and hearing old and new fans alike being blown away.

We've been mega-fans since the very start - but the new record is just insane. When you hear it - you will know what I mean.
